Who we share your data with
Via webinar, seminars, and workshops, your name and email are shared with the industry expert(s) based on the content you register and engage with.
Via business networking group, your information is shared with other attendees at the same meeting, as long as you agree to also share your information. You are strictly prohibited from adding emails listed in any post meeting shared data to your own mailing list without the other attendee’s written consent.
Beyond that, we do not share data.
How long we retain your data
Your data will remain on our mailing list until you choose to unsubscribe. Individual industry experts will have their own privacy and retention policies.
Business Networking Meeting
When possible, your first name, last name, title (optional), and image (optional) will be displayed on screen as part of the meeting during introductions.
We reserves the right to photograph events for use in publications, social media, or promotional materials.
Post Meeting Shared Contact Information PDFs
Post meeting documents must not be shared with others.
You must attend a meeting in order to share your information with others at the same meeting.
Edibility to receive post meeting shared contact information PDFs:
- You must be a current subscriber
- You must freely share your own information with other attendees.
- You must attend the meeting in order to include your information in the shared PDF as well as receive a post-meeting shared contact information PDF.
It is your responsibility to keep your information up to date and accurate. Misleading information may lead to a ban of receiving future PDFs, or a potential ban of all meetings.
Do not add other people’s email addresses listed in the post-meeting shared contact information PDF without the other person’s written consent. Violations of this policy may lead to a ban from receiving future PDFs, and eventually a potential ban of all future meetings.
